Step 1-

Water: Rinse with clean water. Maybe you could put some soapy water in it (If your cast iron pan rusts, don’t wash it in soapy water). then use a cleaning tool like a pan brush or scraper. It’s easy to scrape off any food residue with a scraper. For stubborn, stuck-on food, put some water and simmer a little water for 3-5 minutes, then use the scraper after the pan has cooled. Uh…I want tell you a secret, that is Our accessories part has cleaning tools you may need.

Step 2-

Dry: Add a lot of coarse kosher salt, scrub with a sponge to remove small debris(don’t use steel wool or other abrasives) then rinse it. place pan on hot burner to aid in drying or dry quickly with a towel and paper tow

Step 3-

Oil: Using a cloth or paper towel, apply a light coat of vegetable oil or melted shortening to the inside of cast iron pan. Some people also like to oil the outside of pan. finally, store the pan in a dry place.

Additional Notes:

1.Using soapy water. If the cast iron pan has been used for many years, a small amount of soapy water may be used without doing much damage. —-just be sure to rinse it well and oil it after drying.

2.Remove rust from cast iron by rubbing it with half a raw potato and a sprinkle of baking soda (seriously, it works!)
